Hi everyone, its been a little while since I have visited my blog, but I have been busy working, baking and crocheting. I had a cake baking session at the weekend and I thought I would share one of my cakes, I made a lemon drizzle cake which was from a recipe I got off the internet, It was meant for my son, but I took it into work instead and asked my colleague's to do a taste test, I am pleased to say none was left much to the dismay of my son.
