Here are a couple more these are when the wall came down, the quality is not brilliant because of all the dust in the air. As you can see my front room has become a store room, but the doorway from there has now been blocked off and I have some cupboards on the wall, we went out looking for tiles this weekend, so many to choose from but we have now bought the one's we want, will keep you update must go and try and put something together for tea. I think I will have to use my imagination there. Bye for now.

DIY Continued
While I have the chance I will try and bring things up to date the previous pictures were from when we started about two weekends ago, these next ones should show you which wall we are taking down. The welsh dresser is against the wall that we need to take down and the other half of the kitchen that we need to take out backs on to it.
DIY
Hello everyone not been around for a while we have decided to redo the kitchen that we put in three years ago, why you might ask well I am now the proud owner of a smallish range cooker and we need to make room for it also we made a bit of a boo boo when we did the kitchen last time as the room that was meant to be the dining room became too dark so we decided to rip that partition wall out that we had put in and open everything up, we have blocked off the back door as we have a conservatory on the back of the dining room so these are our new back doors (this confused the dogs a bit as they still go to the old back door to go out and come back in from the garden, here are a few pictures for now. I have some more which I will be sharing with you soon.

1st Crochet Project (Family Heirloom?)
Whilst I was emptying a pine storage box that my husband had made me, I found this, this was one of the very first things I had made when I learnt to crochet back in my younger school days, I think I might have been about 11 or 12, my Gran taught me to crochet and she gave me the thread to do this project with. It is a pattern from a crochet book that I had off my parents, my sister has the book now as she does crochet as well. This piece I gave to my mum and she always had it covering her dining room table. I am quite proud of the fact that this is now some thirty odd years old and it has still kept its shape and is still in one piece.

Before I Finnish

When I was looking through my pictures file I came across this one of Kyrie who is our first dog this was when she was just a few weeks old and we don't have any others as she is really camera shy in fact when you take any type of camera out she seems to know and runs away and hides, she looks such a cutie but is in fact quite bossy especially where my son is concerned but I love her anyway. Will have to stop playing with my blog now and go and do some homework will try not to leave it too long though before I am back. See you all soon.
Valentines Day
Well here we are on Valentines weekend, hope you all have a happy one, during the past week I have been promoting my baking and a few of my friends at work have already sampled my cakes, I was chatting with a colleague Jan who I had made a Christmas cake for and someone else joined in the conversation and next thing I new I was taking an order for a valentines cake, here is a picture, of it he seemed happy with it but I was not quite as confident with my decorating skills I got a little nervous but I hope he enjoys it.
My husband had also been telling his work mates about what I was doing and Chris a young lad he works with asked if I would make him one also, he wanted writing on his, not done that before and I couldn't manage it on the other one but I went for it and here is the result. Have not heard from him yet so I hope it got to work in one piece as my husband was the delivery boy.
